You may request account closure and data deletion by contacting our support team. Send an email to our support address with "DATA DELETION REQUEST" in the subject line. Include your account username and the email associated with your account. We will close your account and delete your personal data within one business day. However, we are required by financial law to retain your transaction records and verification documents for seven years. After seven years, we permanently delete all your data. You can request a copy of your data before deletion by asking our support team.
Payments and transactions
